To be competitive on current markets we use our multiple-year experience in PCB design for external customers in order to create the most comfortable conditions for highly effective cooperation including:
Periodic (daily) reporting on the activities performed based on requirements of the customer. The current project status is provided using the file hosting service or ftp server so that the customer could monitor the status of the project and request to apply on-the-fly changes to the schematics or comply with other requirements.
The contact person of the contractor (PCB design engineer) communicates constantly with the contact person (layout engineer) of the customer by e-mail or Skype.
The experienced layout engineer is at hand with advice when required.
We design PCBs in accordance with requirements of the Unified System for Design
Documentation and IPC or specific requirements of the customer based on his specification.
We take into account manufacturing capabilities of the manufacturer recommended by our customer. If requested the customer can be provided with advice on available manufacturers of PCBs with required complexity level, which allows to select the best PCB manufacturer available. Designs of all PCBs provide for surface mounting using computer-aided equipment.
After the customer receives project and production documentation we provide its support including contacting PCB manufacturers for technical issues and supporting future project releases.

Our Expertise
Routing high-speed differential signals.

The prerequisites for the project are as follows:
Circuit schematics (any format will apply).
List of components containing links to the manufacturing documents (datasheets)
and reference designators (any format will apply).
PCB drawings specifying dimensions, configuration, mounting holes, connector and
button locations, LED mount height, areas without traces, areas without components, areas with limited mount height etc. (any format will apply).
Information specifying trace features i.e. the number of layers, parameters of circuit
groups (differential pairs, clock signals, high-voltage circuits, power circuits etc.), components with high power dissipation etc.
